  • Todd Energy (NZ) - MET2 LPG Plant

    Turnkey DCS & HIMax SIS for 3000 I/O gas processing & LPG extraction plant.

  • Todd Energy (NZ) - Mangahewa C Wellsite & Gas pre-processing plant

    Multi-phase wellsite with 16 wellheads, plus pre-processing of gas & liquids before pipeline (inc. HIPPS) transport to remote production station for further processing. Turnkey DCS & SIS delivery.

  • Methanex (NZ) - Newton King Wharf Loading Arm/Wharf Upgrade

    SIL rated controls for a new ship loading arm for methanol export facility. The project also included a re-automation upgrade of the existing port control room with interfaces to five different client companies control systems.

  • Methanex (NZ) - Newton King Wharf Pipeline Upgrade

    SIL rated block valve stations, Methanol plant feed in stations, port control room and ship load out facilities.

  • Methanex (NZ) - Triconex Upgrade

    Specifying and ordering firmware, hardware, replacement of backplanes and cards, and rewriting and commissioning updated code.

  • Methanex (NZ) - Woodward Upgrade

    Reverse engineering of existing Woodward compressor (TMC) governor and anti-surge panels, compressor mapping tables and balance of plant to project manage, specify, procure, install and commission TMC controls based on modern SIL rated equipment plus balance of plant DCS engineering to integrate into plant.

  • Orica (AUS –QLD) Coating Agent Project & associated site support

    DCS coding and project planning for a fast tracked DeltaV project, coding and commissioning, start up and ongoing operational support for a batch coating agent make up system for coating prill (granular ammonium nitrate).

  • Armatec Environmental - Containerised Waste Water Treatment Package

    Turnkey Allen Bradley based Controls/HMI design and build with onsite commissioning.

  • Hima Australia – RioTinto / Alcan Gove DeltaV PCS and Hima HiQuad SIS

    Commissioning of SIL3 burner management systems for a 260t/hr steam power station boiler updrade. General configuration and commissioning of on-site DeltaV and ABB SCADA systems as part of the G3 20,000 I/O Foundation Fieldbus site upgrade project.

  • Upstream Petroleum Australia – Anzon Oil Basker/Manta Project

    Subsea controls specification, integration and commissioning five subsea well completions and subsea manifold.

  • Origin Energy (NZ) - Manutahi Sands Wellsite/Gas Pre-processing Plant

    F60 based combined DCS/SIS site controller with outlying F35s at remote wellsites. Communications interface to remote Rimu Production station DCS & SIS.

  • Origin Energy (NZ) - Kupe Production Station Commissioning Support

    Writing Commissioning Procedures, ITRs and Resource Planning. Provision of Control Systems Engineers for Commissioning of DeltaV process control system, HIMA, ControlLogix & Siemens S7 packages. Ongoing support & Periodic Preventive Maintenance on the control systems

    Turnkey HIMA F60 & F35 Control/Safety system delivery & SCADA communications, programming and commissioning. Ongoing support & Periodic Preventive Maintenance on the control systems.
